In reference to the Mason County Rules for On-Site Sewage Facilities amended by-law Section 10 (a), "Regardless of the size or number of acres contained in the property, all new on-site sewage facilities must be permitted."

This office assists the citizens in providing for the health, safety, and welfare of Mason County residents and the environment. Mason County is dedicated to the wellbeing of all property owners; the completion of all permit applications ensures that regulations set forth by the governing entities are in compliance with all standards.
